Gingerbread Crust

Ingredients

  • 12 oz gingersnap cookies
  • 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Blend 12 oz gingersnaps, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg, and 6 tbsp of butter
  2. Pre-cook for 10 min before adding cheesecake filling
