Bibimbap Style:
- 1 ½ tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tsp chicken boullion to 1 tbsp powdered soup stock
- garlic
- 1 carrot
- 6 shiitake mushrooms
- ½ cup shelled edamame
- 1 cup baby spinach
- Chop carrot and mushrooms into thin slices
- Add 2 cups rice, water, and all ingredients, mix throughly, cook in rice cooker/stove top
- Top with sesame oil and green onions
Chinese Style:
- Carrot, onion, garlic
- 2 tsp chicken boullion
- 1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
