Seasoned Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) rice
  • 2 cup(s) water

Instructions

Bibimbap Style:

  • 1 ½ tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 tsp chicken boullion to 1 tbsp powdered soup stock
  • garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms
  • ½ cup shelled edamame
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  1. Chop carrot and mushrooms into thin slices
  2. Add 2 cups rice, water, and all ingredients, mix throughly, cook in rice cooker/stove top
  3. Top with sesame oil and green onions

 

Chinese Style:

  • Carrot, onion, garlic
  • 2 tsp chicken boullion 
  • 1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
