Soondubu

Ingredients

  • 1 silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup(s) bacon
  • 1/2 cup(s) zucchini
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • fish sauce
  • silken tofu

Instructions

Cook Vegetables and Protein

  1. Chop bacon, zucchini, onion, scallions, and 1/2 package of tofu into cubes
  2. Sautee onion, scallions, garlic, bacon, and 1/3 cup oil on low heat until caramelized (20 min)
  3. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce to deglaze the pan, add 1/4 cup gochugaru and toast
  4. Deglaze pan with 150 ml of stock, add 1-2 tbsp fish sauce, and silken tofu
