Cook Vegetables and Protein
- Chop bacon, zucchini, onion, scallions, and 1/2 package of tofu into cubes
- Sautee onion, scallions, garlic, bacon, and 1/3 cup oil on low heat until caramelized (20 min)
- Add 2 tbsp soy sauce to deglaze the pan, add 1/4 cup gochugaru and toast
- Deglaze pan with 150 ml of stock, add 1-2 tbsp fish sauce, and silken tofu
