Nappa Cabbage Namul

Ingredients

  • 300 gram(s) nappa cabbage
  • 1 tbsp deonjang (fermented soybean paste)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Bring pot of water to a boil
  2. Add a pinch of salt
  3. Blanch cabbage for 2 min in batches
  4. Immediately transfer to an ice bath
  5. Ring out excess water and add to a container
  6. Mix cabbage, 1 tbsp soybean paste, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sesame oil using your hands
