Chop Veggies
- Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes
- Cut carrot and onion into similar size chunks
Combine Braising Liquid
- Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, garlic, water to bowl
Cook Potatoes
- Sautee potatoes in oil for 5 minutes
- Add braising liquid, bring to boil
- Add carrots and onion
- Cover, cook for 5 minutes
- Uncover, cook until sauce thickens
- Add sesame oil and seeds
