Eggnog Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 32 oz cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) egg nog
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Combine Ingredients

  1. Bring 4 oz cream cheese, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups egg nog to room temp.
  2. Beat cream cheese in stand mixer until smooth consistency
  3. Add 1 1/4 cup sugar, beat until thoroughly combined
  4. Add 3 tbsp flour, 1 tsp rum extract, 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. Once everything is thoroughly encorporated, add 4 eggs, one at a time, until mixed. Do not over mix!
  6. Add mix to crust, see Gingerbread Crust

 

Bake

  1. Bake at 325 deg for 1 hour, until cheesecake is only slightly jiggly in center
