Combine Ingredients
- Bring 4 oz cream cheese, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups egg nog to room temp.
- Beat cream cheese in stand mixer until smooth consistency
- Add 1 1/4 cup sugar, beat until thoroughly combined
- Add 3 tbsp flour, 1 tsp rum extract, 1 tsp cinnamon
- Once everything is thoroughly encorporated, add 4 eggs, one at a time, until mixed. Do not over mix!

Bake
- Bake at 325 deg for 1 hour, until cheesecake is only slightly jiggly in center
